It's a beautifully calming and nurturing treatment that can be offered from 12 weeks though until your post natal check up after baby has arrived.

Reiki 1 Attunement

Today I spent a beautiful few hours getting my Reiki 1 attunement. Reiki is a type of energetic healing, and can be peaceful and offer up a calm, lifting and light feeling after a treatment. I can add some Reiki to a massage treatment, or it can be done separately. Feel free to chat to me about it.
Massage for Clients with Cancer workshop.

Today I spent the day at a wonderful workshop, learning how to treat clients who have cancer with massage. A lot of massage therapists are wary (and rightly so) of offering massage to clients who are being treated for cancer, as the last thing we want to do is cause any more pain or discomfort.
